- Due to our suppliers' operations, delivery can take between 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order.
- We deliver to addresses within the UK. For international deliveries, please contact us for more information.

- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at shop.randw@randw.org You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
